Yorkstone Driveway Transformation Shenfield, Essex

For his period detached property in Shenfield, Essex, the client chose to replace the existing driveway surface with Reclaimed Yorkstone and sawn Granite sett edgings to match the existing rear patio, which was also to be extended. Greenstone Landscapes was chosen to undertake the contract after the client had viewed and been impressed with other completed projects shown on our website.

As the new driveway and patio were to abut each other, It was imperative for the project’s success that the new materials were as closely matched as possible to those in situ. Further to the review of samples from several of our suppliers, www.yorkstonesupplies.co.uk and www.granitesettsuk.co.uk were selected for the materials. Once the new stone had been installed, the entire surface and patio were pressure washed clean, and weather-struck pointed to provide an authentic, aged appearance. The paving slab driveway was completed with decorative lighting and retractable bollards for improved security.
