Like most newly built properties, the garden had been laid to lawn with the bare minimum of concrete utility paving slabs installed at each doorway. The client chose a simple yet effective design that links the entrances to the garden, garage and house whilst incorporating a seating area and raised level for outdoor cooking. The paving selected was Kandla Grey porcelain supplied by www.londonstone.co.uk, framed with Charcoal grey Keykerb edgings by www.marshalls.co.uk. Larger matching edgings were also installed across the rear fence to create a planting border to introduce soft landscaping.

The overall effect is a modern, stylish finish and very functional use of the space, a fantastic turnaround for this once lifeless garden.
